End Discrimination in Campuses: Implement Rohith Act in Kerala

We, the undersigned citizens, students, and academics, urgently call upon the Government of Kerala to enact the 'Rohith Act' to eliminate institutionalized caste and racial discrimination in higher education institutions. Our campuses must become safe, inclusive, and equitable spaces where no student is marginalized, harassed, or driven to extremes due to their socio-cultural background. We demand the immediate establishment of independent anti-discrimination cells and strict legal penalties for institutional bias.
